Android notification settings
- Go to the Firebase console: https://console.firebase.google.com/
- Create a new project
- In the project overview, add an application
- Retrieve the package name from the dashboard
- Enter your package name
- Download the file and skip the other steps
- Click on Settings (top left) > Project settings
- Go to the Service account tab
- Click on Generate a new private key
- Download the file and send it from the WPMobile plugin

How to get a new push certificate
- Go here and revoke one of the push certificate
- Update the app from the WPMobile dashboard, at the end you’ll get a new certificate
- Upload the certificate from the WPMobile plugin on your website > Notifications > Settings > iOS
- No need to send the new version for review

Where to find my Team Name and Team ID
- Log in to your account at https://developer.apple.com/account/
- Go to Subscription details
- The Team ID is the team identifier
- The Team Name is displayed at the top right of the page (your first and last name if it’s an Individual account).
Common problems
Notifications are not sent
This is usually because WordPress’ scheduled task system (the CRON system) isn’t working properly. Contact your hosting provider.
