6. Price of the service
The Customer orders his App online by entering the required information and must install on its site the WordPress extension WPMobile.App to link the blog and the App.
The price of the Android version is 79 € without tax
The price of the iOS version is 79 € without tax
The price of the Android + iOS version is 149 € without tax
The payment does not give access to the source code of the application
The download and installation of the extension is free and does not engage the customer.
The available payment methods are:
PayPal
Prices are always displayed excluding taxes and in euros.
It is agreed that WPMobile.App reserves the right to modify its rates within a 30-day notice period and without retroactivity.
7. Update
The update of the application and the plugin is free.
8. Publishing on the Play Store and the Apple Store
After payment you will automatically receive:
For Android: a link to a secure area to download the APK file (application file), images and screenshots
For iOS: a link to a secure area to give us your iTunes Connect credentials so that we can publish the app to your account.
Google and Apple fees related to opening a developer account are your sole responsibility.
9. Late payment
In case of late payment, will be payable, in accordance with Article L 441-6 of the Commercial Code:
Compensation calculated on the basis of three times the legal interest rate in force,
A lump sum compensation for recovery costs of 40 €.
10. Right of withdrawal
Since the App are clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the service.
The customer explicitly accepts this reservation when ordering via a checkbox.
11. Refund
Any refunds will be left to the discretion of WPMobile.App.
12. Warranty
No guarantee of any kind is offered.
13. After sales service
The Customer may contact the after-sales service for any question or information concerning the use of the WPMobile.App service by email (see article 2) for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase (12 months with the Assistance pack). ).
14. Liability
It is agreed that WPmobile.App can not be held responsible in case of:
No acceptance of the application by Apple and / or Google
Lower traffic,
Decrease in turnover,
Cost related to the application of advice,
Or any other damages concerning the Customer or a third party resulting directly or indirectly from the service.
The Customer undertakes to use the WPMobile.App service at his own risk and under his sole responsibility
